DailyLapse is published by Toolbelt. By installing and using DailyLapse, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement, which governs the iOS app itself.

The app, in plain language

DailyLapse is a personal photo-a-day journal that stitches your photos into a year-end recap video. It runs on your iPhone. It is not a social network and not a cloud backup.

Pricing

DailyLapse is free to download and use with one active theme and a 720p year-end recap.

DailyLapse Pro monthly and yearly subscriptions unlock multiple themes, custom themes, 1080p HD recap export, and theme migration. Payment is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in Apple ID Subscriptions.

What you may do

• Use DailyLapse on as many of your own devices as your Apple ID covers.
• Save your recap videos to Photos, share them anywhere you like.
• Email us screenshots, bug reports, or feature ideas at hello@toolbelt.app.

What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, or rebrand the app.
• Reverse-engineer the app for commercial purposes (security research is welcome — email us).
• Use the app to violate any law that applies to you, including photographing people without consent where required.

Warranty disclaimer

DailyLapse is provided "as is" with no warranty. We make a serious effort to keep your data safe, but we do not guarantee against data loss. Export recap videos to Photos regularly if they matter to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolbelt's total liability for any claim related to DailyLapse is limited to the amount you paid for the app or current subscription period.

Changes

We may update these terms when we ship new features. Material changes will be summarized in the app's release notes.
